Oil filter replacement time:

Replace it after the actual use time reaches the design life. The design life of the oil filter element is 2000 hours. It must be replaced after the expiration. The set value of the blockage alarm of the oil filter element is usually 1.0~1.4bar.

Replacement of oil filter

When the oil filter needs maintenance, or when the oil filter blockage light is on or the contrast exceeds 1.5kg, it should be replaced in time.

If it is replaced in time, it may cause the exhaust gas temperature to be too high and shut down; more importantly, it will cause serious wear of the main engine bearing, which will shorten the service life of the main engine bearing. When the new oil filter is installed, apply oil on the gasket, rotate it in place, and then tighten it by hand 3/4 turn. When running after replacement, check for oil leakage.
