The other patent, the “Oil Filter Easy to Disassemble,” adopts an arc-shaped fixing plate and a connecting component, allowing for disassembly by hand and simplifying the maintenance process. Both patents target the pain points of traditional filters, such as time-consuming replacement and complex operation, effectively reducing the maintenance costs for vehicle owners.
Low-Temperature Technology Solves Usage Problems
To address the issue of fuel waxing in winter, the newly developed “Double-Cup Diesel Filter” uses a stainless steel preheating rod and a double-cup system to preheat the fuel in advance, ensuring the fluidity of the fuel in low-temperature environments. This design also realizes the cyclic utilization of heat through the oil return port, avoiding energy waste and providing a guarantee for the stable operation of commercial vehicles in extremely cold regions.
At the same time, the newly launched heating-type oil filter, through the combination of a PTC heating plate and a heat-conducting plate, can gradually heat the oil during the filtration process, preventing the slowdown of the oil flow rate caused by low temperatures and improving the filtration efficiency.

With the full implementation of the National VI Emission Standard, the requirements for the precision of the fuel filtration system have been further enhanced. Mahle Group, an international automotive parts giant, revealed that its new-generation fuel filter module integrates functions such as electric heating and a water level sensor, which can adapt to the scenarios of using fuels of different qualities and the mixture of biofuels. Domestic enterprises, such as a company in Zhejiang, have moved the filter below the oil pan through the design of an external fine filtration device, significantly improving the maintainability.
It is worth noting that the recall cases recently released by the market supervision department show that some vehicle models have potential safety hazards due to the insufficient design strength of the external fuel filter. Industry experts remind consumers that it is crucial to choose a formal channel for filter element replacement. Data shows that inferior filter elements may lead to increased engine wear, and in severe cases, the maintenance cost can reach more than 10,000 yuan.
