How to replace the air compressor filter?

When the consumption of lubricating oil of the air compressor increases greatly, check whether the oil filter, pipeline, oil return pipe, etc. are blocked and cleaned. If the oil consumption is still large, the general oil and gas separator has deteriorated and needs to be replaced in time; when When the pressure difference between the two ends of the oil and gas separation filter element reaches 0.15MPA, it should be replaced; when the pressure difference is 0, it indicates that the filter element is faulty or the air flow has been short-circuited, and the filter element should be replaced at this time. The general replacement time is 3000~4000 hours. If the environment is poor, the use time will be shortened. The replacement steps are as follows:
External model
The external model is relatively simple. Stop the air compressor, close the air pressure outlet, open the drain valve, and after confirming that the system has no pressure, remove the old oil and gas separator and replace it with a new one.
1. Facing a flat surface, tap the two end faces of the filter element in turn to remove most of the heavy and dry dust.
2. Blow with dry air less than 0.28Mpa in the opposite direction to the inhaled air. The distance between the nozzle and the folded paper is 25mm, and blow up and down along its height direction.
3. Check the filter element. If any thinning, pinhole or damage is found, it should be discarded.
Built-in model
Properly replace the oil and gas separator as follows:
1. Shut down the air compressor, close the air pressure outlet, open the drain valve, and confirm that the system has no pressure.
2. Disconnect the pipeline above the oil and gas tank, and at the same time remove the pipeline from the outlet of the pressure maintenance valve to the cooler.
3. Remove the oil return pipe.
4. Remove the fixing bolts of the cover on the oil and gas tank, and remove the upper cover of the gas tank.
5. Remove the oil and gas separator and replace it with a new one.
6. Install in the reverse order of disassembly.
