How to replace the filter element
Under normal use, if the differential pressure alarm of the pre-filter device alarms or the cumulative use exceeds 300 hours, the filter element should be replaced. The dual-barrel parallel pre-filter device can not shut down when replacing the filter element.
Steps to replace the filter element: 1. Replacement of the filter element of the single barrel pre-filter device: a. Close the oil inlet ball valve and open the upper end cover. (Aluminum alloy type upper end cover needs to be opened gently from the side notch with a flat-blade screwdriver); b. Unscrew the drain plug wire to drain off the dirty oil; c. Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, and the operator wears an oil-proof Hold the filter element tightly with gloves, and remove the old filter element vertically; d. Replace with a new filter element, pad the upper seal ring (the lower end has its own seal), and tighten the nut; f. Pay attention to pad the sealing ring) and tighten the bolts. 2. First close the oil inlet valve of the filter on the side of the filter element that needs to be replaced, close the oil outlet valve after a few minutes, then unscrew the end cover bolts, and open the end cover; b. Replace with a new filter element, pad the upper seal ring (the lower end has its own seal), tighten the nut; d. Close the drain valve, cover the upper end cover (pay attention to the seal ring), and install the fastening bolts. E. Open the oil inlet valve first, then open the exhaust valve. When the exhaust valve discharges oil, immediately close the exhaust valve, and then open the oil outlet valve; then operate the filter on the other side in the same way.
