The most compact of the fuel water separator assembly SWK-2000 series filters is the SWK-2000/5 fuel separator with a housing heater plug, directly the SWK-00530 filter element itself. This type of heater prevents the standard 00530 filter element in the separator from freezing.
SWK-2000/5 provides 99.9% fuel purification in a fairly small size. This model is intended for installation on private or commercial diesel vehicles with an engine power of up to 250 horsepower. The cost of this model is quite affordable, with a capacity of up to 300 liters per hour. Heating the fuel makes it easier to start the engine and prevents the fuel from freezing during operation (cruise mode). The separator heating can be turned on and off as needed.
SWK-2000/5 can be installed in diesel power plants of almost any capacity, which gives it some advantages. There are several analogues of this separator, with a built-in fuel heating system.
Separ 2000 is a universal fuel filter for diesel engines.
A common problem with diesel engines – 100% separation of the water continuously formed in the fuel tank – was solved with the help of a fundamentally new multistage centrifugal system, significantly stopping the process of destruction of diesel equipment and the appearance of dirt.

If you decide to completely disassemble the SWK 2000/5 fuel water separator and clean its internal components, please use only clean diesel fuel. It is not recommended to use other liquids and materials, as they will damage the components of the separator (especially plastic bottles), which will negatively affect the reliability of its operation.
