Diesel Filter Replacement

1. Close the inlet ball valve and open the upper cover. The aluminum alloy upper cover needs to be gently pryed from the side gap with a flat-head screwdriver;
2. Unscrew the drain plug, drain the dirty oil, loosen the fastening nut on the top of the filter element, put on oil-proof gloves, hold the filter element tightly, and remove the old filter element vertically upward;
3. Replace the new filter element, pad the upper sealing ring, the lower end has its own sealing gasket, tighten the nut, tighten the plugging wire of the sewage outlet, cover the upper end cover, pay attention to pad the sealing ring, and fasten the bolts.
1. First, before removing the diesel filter, be sure to follow the steps specified by the manufacturer to release the residual pressure in the fuel system. Otherwise, it is easy to cause gasoline to overflow, and in serious cases, it will endanger personal safety;
2. Then find the ground wire and mounting bracket screws near the filter and pull them out. In order to catch the dripping fuel, we’d better put a basin under the filter;
3. Then we will go to the part of dismantling the oil inlet pipe, but we’d better use one hand and cover it with a towel, after all, the gasoline suddenly overflows;
4. After removing the oil inlet pipe, remove the oil outlet pipe next to the filter. Then, at this time, you can directly remove the old filter;
