The diesel oil from the fuel tank enters between the filter housing and the filter element through the oil inlet pipe joint through the oil inlet hole on the cover. Larger impurities and moisture in the diesel are deposited on the bottom of the casing. The diesel oil enters the inner cavity through the paper filter element, and the impurities are blocked out of the filter element. The clean diesel oil flows into the oil outlet hole on the filter seat through the upper central hole of the filter element, and is sent to the oil delivery pipe through the oil outlet pipe joint bolt, and flows to the sprayer. oil pump.

Even if diesel has a natural precipitation for a period of time before refueling, it will be affected by uncertain factors such as the surrounding environment, the tools used and the cleanliness of the fuel tank when refueling, which will also pollute the diesel, which will cause damage to the engine, etc. Other parts cause damage, so the diesel filter plays an indispensable role, and regular maintenance cannot be ignored.

Diesel filters are divided into coarse filters and fine filters.

◆The water and dirt in the precipitation cup should be removed in time for the coarse filter, and the dirt in the shell of the coarse filter should be washed with clean fuel. The copper mesh filter element should be brushed along the wire with a brush. Remove dirt with air pressure. When installing, pad the settling coaster well and tighten the nut to prevent oil leakage.

◆The fine filter first removes the dust outside the shell, takes out the filter element, puts the sedimentary oil and cleans the inner cavity of the filter shell at the same time. The filter element is seriously dirty, and the fuel passing performance is still not good after cleaning, so it should be replaced with a new one.
