Cleaning method of automobile fuel system:

Open the fuel tank cap, take out the filter element, use a hose to pull out most of the fuel in the fuel tank, leaving about 10 to 15 cm of fuel, add 80ml of ethanol gasoline to replace the cleaning agent, install the filter element, and cover the fuel tank cap. Remove the oil inlet pipe and oil return pipe of the engine, connect the oil inlet pipe and oil return pipe of the engine with the oil inlet pipe and oil return pipe of the no-disassembly cleaning machine, and connect the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe to form a circuit with a special interface.

The cleaning agent fuel tank is filled with gasoline according to the scale of the fuel tank or the number of engine cylinders, and 100 ml of ethanol gasoline is added to replace the cleaning agent. To adjust the pressure according to the model, you only need to adjust the appropriate pressure for the carburetor car, and 2-3 pressures for the EFI car. Start the engine, check the oil inlet pipe and oil return pipe for oil leakage, clean at idle speed for 15-20 minutes, and increase the throttle every 3-5 minutes, so that the cleaned carbon deposits and water are discharged from the exhaust pipe.

Disassemble the non-disassembly cleaning machine and the engine inlet and oil return pipes, restore the oil circuit of the car, and start the car to check whether the oil pipe leaks oil. Open the fuel tank cover and take out the filter cartridge; connect the air pump with a soft gas hose, insert the hose into the bottom of the fuel tank from the fuel tank port, and use 3kg/cm air pressure to purge, so that various impurities accumulated at the bottom of the fuel tank are washed away by the churning gasoline . When cleaning, it is best to block the fuel tank opening with a clean cloth and keep moving the hose purge position.

After confirming that the impurities at the bottom of the fuel tank are removed, all the oil in the fuel tank should be drained immediately. Replace fuel filter. Add ethanol gasoline or regular gasoline, start the engine, and take a test drive.
