The fake oil filter is damaged, the filter paper is of poor material, soaked in oil for a long time, and the filter paper itself has poor filtering effect under high temperature and high pressure environment. At the same time, a large amount of paper dust will be produced, which will cause the oil circuit of the engine lubrication system to be blocked or the parts to be worn abnormally. In severe cases, it can lead to oil failure, serious engine damage or scrap.

The gasket of the sealing part of the counterfeit and inferior oil filter is easy to age and crack at high temperature due to poor rubber toughness, so the oil is easy to pop up at the joint surface of the machine filter and the cylinder block, resulting in oil leakage, poor engine heat dissipation and other faults. Cylinder explosion may even occur.

Normally, all parts in an engine are lubricated by oil for proper operation. However, metal chips, incoming dust, high-temperature oxidized carbon deposits, and some water vapor generated during the operation of the parts will continue to mix into the oil, which will shorten the service life of the oil over time, and may affect the normal operation of the engine in severe cases.
