Effect

The fuel-water separation filter is usually used by ships to treat sewage. Due to the requirements of environmental protection, the sewage generated by the ship’s machinery spaces in rivers, lakes and seas must be treated. The working principle and workflow of the oil-water separator system: 1 The water is entered by the AOD pump (air diaphragm) –> 2 The flow control valve enters –> 3 The first stage honeycomb chamber, the water is flushed, because there are many tight honeycomb compartments in it, during the water flow process The tiny particles in the water settle in the honeycomb chamber, the waste water flows up into the –> 4 mesh water distribution holes (5/32″) into the –> 5 adsorption chambers and extraction chambers, the water flows into the oil adsorption composed of JT57 liquid filter media In this process, oil and grease are adsorbed by a large amount and extract a large amount of complex heavy metals, organic matter, TSS, BTEX, PCB and many pollutants in water. Then the water flow turns upward in the adsorption chamber and enters –> 6 second-stage honeycomb chambers , the water flow passes through the second-stage compact honeycomb-shaped partition, and flows up and down three times, and the residual trace oil will float up and collect on the upper part, the water flow enters the –> 7 clean water chamber, and finally the water is discharged from the bottom of the clean water chamber. The traces of oil remaining on the second-stage honeycomb chamber and the clean water chamber are removed by skimming into an external oil storage container by an oil skimmer placed on top of it.
