Characteristics and parameters of oil and gas separator:

1. The oil and gas separator filter material is made of ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter material produced by American HV Company and American Lydall Company. The misty oil and gas mixture in the compressed air can be filtered out more than 99.9% when passing through the oil and gas separator; fine rolling Welding, spot welding processes and newly developed two-component adhesives

The use of adhesive ensures that the oil and gas separation filter element has high mechanical strength and can work normally at high temperatures above 120°C.

2. The maximum working temperature is not more than 120℃. 5. Under normal working conditions, the service life of the oil and gas separator is not less than 4000h under the condition that the pressure drop is not more than 0.1 MPa.\
