Replacement method of hydraulic oil filter element:

1. Before replacing the hydraulic oil filter element, drain the original hydraulic oil in the tank, check the return oil filter element, the oil suction filter element and the pilot filter element to see if there are iron filings, copper filings or other impurities. If there are any, there may be a hydraulic component failure. After maintenance and elimination, clean the system before replacement;

2. When replacing the hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filter elements (oil return filter element, oil suction filter element, pilot filter element) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to no replacement;

3. Hydraulic oils of different grades and brands shall not be mixed, because this may cause the hydraulic oil filter element to react and deteriorate and produce flocs;

4. Before refueling, the hydraulic oil filter element (oil suction filter element) must be installed. The nozzle covered by the hydraulic oil filter element directly leads to the main pump. If impurities are introduced, the wear of the main pump will be accelerated, and if it is heavy, the pump will be started;

5. After refueling, pay attention to the air exhaust of the main pump. Otherwise, the whole vehicle will not operate temporarily, the main pump will make abnormal noise (air sonic explosion), and the hydraulic oil pump will be damaged by cavitation. The air exhaust method is to directly loosen the pipe joint at the top of the main pump and directly fill it.

If it is an oil suction filter element, it has a built-in filter element and an external filter element, and the built-in filter element must be replaced after the oil is pumped below the filter element; The external filter element comes out by directly removing the bolts outside the filter. At the same time, the oil is locked by the check valve and will not flow out, which is very convenient. If it is the oil return filter element, replace it directly.

The hydraulic oil filter element is used in the hydraulic system to filter the solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium, which can effectively control the pollution degree of the working medium, protect the safe operation of the machine, and extend the service life of the machine. How often should the hydraulic oil filter element be replaced? In general, the replacement cycle of the hydraulic oil suction filter element is every 2000 hours, the replacement cycle of the hydraulic oil return filter element is 250 hours for the first time, and every 500 hours thereafter. If it is a steel plant, the working condition is relatively harsh. If the filter element is replaced too frequently, the production will be affected. It is recommended to take a sample of hydraulic oil regularly to test the cleanliness of the liquid, and then determine a reasonable replacement cycle. When replacing the hydraulic oil filter element, please check whether there are metal particles or chips at the bottom of the filter element. Copper or iron chips indicate that the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor or valve may be damaged or will be damaged. Rubber chips indicate that the hydraulic cylinder seals are damaged.
