1. The air and pump oil in the high-pressure oil circuit (from the fuel injection pump to the fuel injector) can be removed by the starter motor. Do not loosen the pipe nuts on the fuel pump end, the fuel rail end and the fuel injector end. , to avoid high pressure injury.
2. The air and pump oil in the low-pressure oil circuit (from the fuel tank to the fuel pump pipeline) can be treated by the following methods: 1. Park the vehicle in a safe and flat place, and open the fuel tank cover; 2. , Find the position of the oil-water separator, and unscrew the exhaust bolt on the top of the filter element in a counterclockwise direction (usually a hexagon socket)
3. Operate the handle of the hand oil pump reciprocatingly for about 30 times until the fuel overflows at the exhaust bolt and there are no air bubbles.
4. Quickly and carefully tighten the exhaust bolt in a clockwise direction, as shown in step 2.
5. After exhausting the fuel system, start the engine.
