Description

Robust mounting bracket with high vibration resistance, unique filter material, transparent impact-resistant bowl, drain valve, filter element contamination indicator, 300W heater, water sensor, automatic booster pump. All this makes filters, separators and filtering units of the turbine series indispensable for high-quality fuel purification in industrial diesel engines and diesel generators. Power from 100 kW to 2 MW, with a flow rate from 227 l / h to 2044 l / h.
Fuel separators, turbine series, protect precision diesel fuel equipment from all types of contamination, rust and, most importantly, remove water, free and from the water emulsion, due to the most effective three-stage process of all existing.

Stage 1 – centrifugal cleaning: fuel passes through a centrifuge, large impurities and water are separated and collected in a settling glass.
Stage 2 – coalescing (the destruction of emulsions ensures the removal of water from aqueous emulsions): small drops of water merge into large drops and fall into a settling flask.
Stage 3 – final cleaning with a filter element: the material reflects the smallest drops of water and removes impurities as small as 2 microns. The filter element is water resistant, which significantly increases the service life compared to absorbent (adsorption) material.
