The oil filter consists of the following components, which together constitute the overall function of the oil filter.
1) Iron can (outer cylinder): a container used to accommodate the continuous pressure operation of the filter (filter paper). Generally, the thickness is required to be 0.4—0.6mm (trolley), 0.6—1.0mm (cart), and the thickness of the pulling body No more than 20% – 25%, it is required to bear the pressure of 4 – 7 kg without changing shape and not breaking;
2) But the valve rubber ring (return valve): It is used to prevent the backflow of oil, so that there is oil in the oil filter for a long time, so that the engine can be lubricated immediately when it is just started;
3) Spring: It is used to hold down the filter (paper core) and fix it in the iron can during vibration and oil flow. There are also plate springs, but the cost is high;
4) Filter: It is used to filter the sludge in the oil. The filter materials used are generally divided into surface filter type and layered filter type. They are composed of filter paper and upper and lower bottom covers. The filter paper is folded on the surface.

7) Safety valve: installed on the filter (paper core), its function is that when the filter (paper core) is blocked, it will automatically open after the oil pressure reaches 1 kg to allow the oil to pass;
8) Bottom plate: used to connect the iron can (outer cylinder) and fix the oil filter on the engine;
9) Connecting plate: used to fix the rubber ring on the bottom plate;
10) Sealing ring: When the oil grid is installed on the engine, it acts as a seal and is installed on the connecting plate. Generally, it is 1.2—1.6mm higher than the oil grid, and its temperature resistance requirement can reach -40℃-140℃ without aging ( Generally, it needs to be vulcanized).
